Double Cards Mobile

My dad just came back from China,he bought me a new mobile for double card. Actually it is convenient for me to using this mobile since i have two sim cards. But i reject it.
Because it don't have 'bluetooth' and 3G function! M so bad right? Reject my dad pressie.
